This version of the license is effective starting (31 April 2023).

Version 1.1

Personal Plan & 1 Year Pass

Personal Plan and 1 Year Pass subscriptions fall under “Personal Use”.

“Personal Use”? What does it mean?

Personal Use is any use that meets none of the criteria for Commercial Use. Personal use or Non-Commercial use is a use for solely personal projects.

All “Personal Use” must meet all three of the following:

  1. No exchange of money or services involved
  2. No financial gain is earned, either as a direct or indirect result
  3. The use must not promote a business entity (this includes non-profit organizations)

If any one or more of the criteria is not met, then the use is deemed “Commercial”.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO

  • Generate a new design using elements for Non-Commercial use. For example, you are using star elements to create a space themed birthday template.
  • Generate new designs by combining multiple downloaded resources and adding items of your own for Non-Commercial use. All elements in the new design must be flattened so extraction of the original assets cannot be done.
